First talking about food 🍴 and diet, we can say diet is defined according to the Oxford learners dictionary as THE LIMITED RANGE OR AMOUNT OF FOOD EATEN IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT OR FOR MEDICAL REASONS. . Meanwhile Nutrition can be defined also from same source as the process of taking in and absorbing Nutrients. With these facts known about Nutrition & Diets,we can round up these section by saying putting these two facts or information together can promote ones health status. A saying talks that "health Is wealth".

Learn to warm cold food before eating 3. Food should be Eaten according to their Nutrients 4. Keep food stuffs in places away from rodents.. . HOW TO MAINTAIN GOOD DIETS with these listed methods one can maintain good and proper diets... 1. Eat three fruits pay day keep a bowl of fruits to satisfy sugar cravings 2. Stop ✋ Eating when you are satisfied 3. Limit saturated fats 4. Add beans to your diets like;.. Black beans, red beans etc 5. Drink lots of water...etc
